Established in 1929, L.I.S. Custom Designs, Inc., also known as LIS, is a distributor of fine quality cabinetry and appliances to the trade. Professional trades people such as Architects, Builders, Interior Designers, Management Companies, and Contractors have come to depend on LIS as their source for building and remodeling projects. While our primary focus is in kitchen design, we are also experienced in other aspects of custom cabinetry use such as bathrooms, libraries, bedrooms, home offices, media centers, etc. We provide our clients with creative ideas, functional designs, premium quality merchandise and many years of experience in projects ranging from single family homes to multiple unit buildings.

Our territory includes New York metropolitan area including the five boroughs, Long Island, Westchester, Rockland and Putnam counties. We also cover New Jersey, Southern Connecticut and the Philadelphia areas.

Our cabinet lines include Merillat, Kitchen Craft, Dura Supreme and Woodharbor. We carry a variety of appliance lines including Magic Chef, Maytag, Jenn Air,Whirlpool, Kitchen Aid, GE, SubZero and Wolf Ranges. Countertops range from granite, stainless steel, and Corian to laminate tops with many available edge treatments. We complement these products with a wide variety of services so that projects are cost effective, run smoothly and are intelligently designed.
