Our Experience.....L.I.S. Custom Designs, Inc. has many years of experience in providing the Builder with quality cabinetry and other products on large tract residential developments, apartment houses, single family homes as well commercial projects. Our professional designers are knowledgeable and experienced in the elements of style, design and construction. They are available to meet with you and/or your clients in our showroom or on the jobsite to help with design choices and layout options.

Upgrade Programs.....L.I.S. will work with you to establish upgrade programs specific to your projects. These programs can be as simple as a pre-defined kitchen and/or bath package that you can use when closing a sale or a more comprehensive program where our designers will meet with your clients to customize design and selections for their kitchens, baths and other optional rooms.

Samples and Literature.....Literature and most samples are free of charge. Some custom finish samples require a small fee or deposit which is applicable to your order.

Delivery.....Deliveries are made with two men per truck in order to unload and place items where specified. This system helps reduce damages and makes it unnecessary for you to have someone waiting at the jobsite to unload the order.

Showrooms.....Our three showrooms, staffed by design professionals are available to you and your client to view products and samples. Samples can also be delivered to you.

Installation......L.I.S. can provide installation when needed.
