After contacting L.I.S CUSTOM DESIGNS, INC. through either visiting our website, our showrooms or by telephoning our office, one of our Sales and Design Associates will schedule an appointment to meet with you or your client to discuss the scale of your project, products needed (cabinetry, appliances, hardware, countertops, etc.) design ideas and lead times. Based on these initial discussions a preliminary budget and an informal design will be prepared.

Once these initial plans and budgets have been agreed upon, a signed Design Retainer and deposit, based on a small percentage of the overall cost of your project will be required. Upon signing the Design Retainer and receiving the deposit, we will prepare professional elevations and renderings for your project. The deposit is 100% applicable to the cost of your purchase. Once the plans, materials, finishes and styles are signed off on, the order is processed and manufacturing begins, a delivery date is set and a 50% deposit is required.

Our Sales and Design Associates are available to meet with you or your client on the job-site or in our showrooms and are available through every phase of your projects. Once orders arrive into our warehouse they are scheduled for delivery. Most orders are delivered to the jobsite C.O.D. unless other terms have been agreed upon. Your Sales and Design Associate will be available to meet at that time to review installation instructions.
