Our Experience.....L.I.S. Custom Designs, Inc. has years of experience in apartment and townhouse renovations as well as new construction. We can provide cabinetry, countertops and appliances for all of your projects. In addition, we do the design and layout of each space to ensure functionality and a proper fit. Your order is coordinated and stored in our warehouse so that it can be delivered into the apartment/condo units when needed. As a company, we became active in providing goods and services for the conversion of rental buildings to condominiums in the 1980's and still have ongoing relationships with landlords going back over 25 years. L.I.S. is adept at creating cost effective, functional designs and incorporating styles and trends that help distinguish your apartments from others on the market thus enabling rapid turnover.
Samples and Literature.....Literature and most samples are free of charge. Some custom finish samples require a small fee or deposit which is applicable to your order.
Delivery.....Deliveries are made with two men per truck in order to unload and place items where specified. This system helps reduce damages and makes it unnecessary for you to have someone waiting at the jobsite to unload the order.
Showrooms.....Our three showrooms, staffed by design professionals are available to you and your client to view products and samples. Samples can also be delivered to you.
Installation......L.I.S. can provide installation when needed.
